Sadly, there are countless concerns relating to the welfare of animals. APGAW receives regular presentations on the main issues and has attempted to give a short synopsis of some of the areas currently affecting wild, domestic, agriculatural and international animals.
 
The information below comes largely from these presentations and does not represent a definitive and complete overview of the issue.  In most cases, APGAW has simply received representations from well founded organisations/bodies and individuals and therefore has no agreed policy or stance on the issue.
